Caroline Lilla is currently the President at both Dynamic Protection Group Inc. and Affordable Bails NY, Inc. A native from Beirut Lebanon, Caroline came to the US in 1976 where she soon earned a Bachelor’s degree in marketing from SUNY Old Westbury. Caroline began her first career at American Home Center, where she started as an office clerk. She quickly rose to the title of control manager where her duties and responsibilities were to oversee all operations of the office. After getting married and having her first child in 1991, she put her career on pause as she wanted to focus on her new family
After her husband retired from the NYPD in 2002 he decided to open North Shore Investigations. Caroline stood right by his side and ran the business end where she developed and executed a successful business plan for the company, while her husband ran the investigative aspect of the business.
A few years later Caroline and her husband opened Affordable Bail Bonds NY, where she owned the title of President. Her primary focus here has been to run and improve the company’s operations, as well as keep a strict control of accounting. Shortly after the couple opened Bail Guard, where again she handled all business operations.
In 2017, Northshore Investigations was rebranded to Dynamic Protection Group, and Caroline remained a crucial member of the team.
Having been a breast cancer survivor Caroline never let that get in the way of her careers. She has always been an essential part of each position she has held. Having been involved in several successful start-up companies, Caroline thrives on seeing the development and growth of each company, and is easily able to adapt to constantly changing environment in order to maximize profitability for the company.
